Orders and delivery
Your download links are emailed the moment your payment is confirmed, and they also appear in My Library. If payment is still processing, the order page shows 'pending' until the confirmation arrives — usually within a minute.
Downloads and access
Five times per product. My Library shows how many downloads you have left for each item.
Payments
UPI, credit and debit cards, and netbanking, all handled by Razorpay. We never see or store your card details.
Account
You sign in with a link sent to your email. There is no password to forget, reuse or leak.
