Refund Policy

If something is wrong with what you bought, email [SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS] within 7 days of purchase and we will make it right — usually by fixing the file, or by refunding you.

• The file is corrupted, unreadable, or will not download.
• You received a different product from the one you bought.
• The product is materially different from its description on this site.
• You were charged more than once for the same order.

Because these are digital files that cannot be returned once downloaded, we generally cannot refund:

• Change of mind after you have downloaded the files, where nothing is wrong with them.
• Not having used the product, or not getting the result you hoped for.
• Buying the wrong item by mistake when the correct one was clearly described — though do ask, we will often swap it.
• Requests made more than 7 days after purchase.

These are our general rules, not a reduction of any right you have under Indian consumer law.

Email [SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS] with your order number — it is in your confirmation email and on your order page — and a sentence about what went wrong. A screenshot helps if it is a file problem. We aim to reply within 2 working days.

Approved refunds go back through Razorpay to the original payment method. Razorpay and your bank typically take 5 to 10 working days to post the money, which is outside our control. We will confirm by email once the refund is issued.

Once a refund is issued, your access to the files and their download links ends.

A bundle is refunded as a whole. We do not refund individual items from a discounted bundle, since the price depends on buying them together.
