By buying from or using Sortlyfe you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Every product on this site is a digital download. Nothing is shipped. After your payment is confirmed you receive a download link by email, and the files also appear in My Library.

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files you buy, for yourself. You may print them and use them on your own devices.

You may not:

• Resell, sublicense, rent or redistribute the files.
• Share your download link or account with others.
• Upload the files anywhere public, or to a file-sharing service.
• Claim the work as your own, or sell derivatives of it.

We keep all copyright and other intellectual property rights in the products.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payment is handled by Razorpay. Your order is confirmed only once we receive a verified confirmation of payment; an order may briefly show as pending until then.

Download links are valid for one year from purchase and allow a limited number of downloads per product, shown in My Library. If a link expires or you run out of downloads, contact us at [SUPPORT EMAIL ADDRESS] and we will restore access for a legitimate purchase.

My Library uses a sign-in link sent to your email — there is no password. Keep access to that mailbox secure; anyone who can read your email can open your library.

Our refund terms are set out in the Refund Policy and form part of these terms. In short: contact us within 7 days if something is wrong.

Our products are educational and organisational tools. They are not medical, psychological, financial or legal advice. Results depend on your own circumstances and effort, and we do not promise any particular outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published here when you buy. We may suspend access where these terms are seriously or repeatedly breached, such as redistribution of files.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at [CITY], India have exclusive jurisdiction.
